Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 2/9/2026
Welcome to Armageddon Brewing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, purchasing our products, or participating in our memberships, events, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
1. Legal Drinking Age
You must be 21 years of age or older to access this website where alcohol is offered, purchase alcoholic beverages, or participate in alcohol-related services. By using this site, you affirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.
2. Alcohol Sales & Regulatory Compliance
All sales of alcoholic beverages are made in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, request additional verification, or restrict access if we believe any transaction violates applicable law or our policies.
Availability of products, fulfillment methods (shipping, pickup, delivery), and destination restrictions may vary by location and may change without notice. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, receipt, possession, and consumption of alcohol complies with your local laws.
3. States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the complex and frequently changing nature of alcohol shipping laws, we may be able to ship alcoholic beverages, directly or indirectly, to certain U.S. states. Shipping eligibility is determined at checkout and is subject to change without notice.
We do not guarantee the availability of direct shipment to any specific state. Orders may be canceled, modified, or refunded (in whole or in part) if legal, carrier, or compliance restrictions apply.
4. Adult Signature & Delivery Requirements
Where shipment of alcohol is permitted, delivery typically requires an adult signature (21+) and may require government-issued photo identification. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional fees resulting from unsuccessful delivery attempts, lack of availability for signature, address errors, or carrier restrictions.
5. Wine, Cider & Mead as Perishable/Temperature-Sensitive Products
Alcoholic beverages, including cider and mead, are temperature-sensitive and may be adversely affected by exposure to extreme heat, humidity, or freezing conditions during transit. By placing a shipped order, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Armageddon Brewing LLC is not responsible for, and will not replace or refund, products that are damaged, compromised, or delayed due to extreme weather conditions or other temperature-related issues during shipment. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the shipment pass to the purchaser, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Orders, Payments & Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, fees, deposits, shipping charges, and handling charges (if any) are calculated at checkout.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any reason, including inventory constraints, suspected fraud, or compliance requirements.
- Product availability, vintage/batch, packaging, and allocations may change without notice.
7. Square Checkout, Payment Processing & Chargebacks
We may use third-party payment processors (including Square) to facilitate checkout and payment collection. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for your order total.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, temporary checkout unavailability, or processor errors beyond our reasonable control. You agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid charges. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in order cancellation, membership termination, and restriction from future purchases, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Damaged Goods
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverage sales and regulatory restrictions, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated in our published policies or required by law.
If your order arrives damaged due to carrier handling (e.g., breakage), contact us within [X] days of delivery with photos of: (1) the shipping box, (2) packing materials, and (3) the damaged item(s). We will work with you, when applicable, to file carrier claims and determine an appropriate resolution.
We do not provide refunds/replacements for quality issues caused by temperature extremes during shipment (see Section 5), missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or packages returned due to inability to obtain an adult signature.
9. Non-Alcoholic (NA) Products Disclaimer
We may offer non-alcoholic or low-alcohol products. Unless explicitly labeled “0.0% ABV,” non-alcoholic products may contain trace amounts of alcohol (for example, “<0.5% ABV”), consistent with applicable standards and labeling.
Individuals who must avoid alcohol for medical, religious, or other reasons should consult the product label and exercise personal discretion. By purchasing NA products, you acknowledge and accept that labeling and ABV may vary by batch within permitted tolerances.
10. Memberships, Clubs & Subscriptions
Membership benefits, pricing, perks, and availability are subject to change without notice. Memberships may be limited in quantity and may be offered for a defined term (typically one year) unless otherwise stated.
- Renewals: Memberships do not automatically renew unless explicitly disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Non-transferable: Membership benefits are for the member’s personal use unless otherwise stated.
- Termination: We may suspend or revoke membership privileges for fraud, abuse, policy violations, unlawful conduct, or behavior harmful to staff, guests, or the brand.
Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are non-refundable.
11. Events, Tastings & Safety / Liability Waiver
Participation in tastings and events is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety requirements. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or in violation of house policies.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that events may involve risks (including slips, trips, falls, crowded conditions, exposure to allergens, and consumption of alcohol). To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Armageddon Brewing LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation in events and tastings, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Event details, offerings, schedules, and admission terms are subject to change without notice. Tickets and event fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
