Legislation creating a dedicated license for cideries and meaderies has officially been signed into law, establishing a clear and long-overdue legal framework for producers like us. What once existed in regulatory gray space now has formal recognition under state statute.

Massacre Reserve (8.5%)
We took our blood orange cider and let it go through a secondary bottle fermentation. It has a champaign-like carbonation and has no residual sugar. Available only in bottles to be enjoyed at the brewery.
